Summary: very satisfied
Comment: My wife and I have two of these helmets and are very pleased with them. They do fit tight initially but they have broken in nicely. When I have been proffessionally fit I have been told that a helmet should fit tight to the extent of discomfort and mine did. The only problem I have had is one of the lens screws backed out at an inconvienient time. That has happened to me on other helmets. I would buy the helmet againMidnight Black DOT APPROVED VOX FLIP UP MODULAR SNOWMOBILE MOTORCYCLE HELMET- LARGE

Summary: Vox Modular Helmet
Comment: After I ordered this helmet, I read some of the reviews and was afraid I had made a mistake, after receiving it I was pleasantly surprised. I really like this helmet. For the money I don't think you could do much better. Some people said they were made small, but I wear a medium and I ordered a medium and it fit fine. Some people said it was noisy, but I didn't find that to be the case either. If you want to try an in-expensive modular helmet, this one is a good start.

Summary: Excellent idea short on delivery
Comment: I've worn this helmet for about four months now and I wanted to give it a chance before I wrote a review. This is what I've discovered. The sizing for this helmet is at least one size off. I am not sure if it is just the size or the fact that the area around the mouth and chin is unusually narrow. The sun visor is a great idea and the primary reason why I bought the helmet (I wear glasses so I don't have the luxury of wearing shades)however the switch for the visor does not operate smoothly and the quality of the sheild can be improved. When riding at any speed above 40 mph there is a huge rush of air that blows directly into your face, closing the vents on the helmet does nothing to fix the problem. On the positive side, the flip up face works flawlessly, the liner on the inside can be easily removed and washed, The sun sheild is convienent, The vents do cool you down in warmer temperatures and the strap has a nifty snap at the end of the strap to prevent it from slapping against the helmet. The price of the helmet is fantastic and you will be hard pressed to find another one with the same features in this price range.

Summary: Cheap! You get what you pay for...
Comment: I was very disappointed with this item. It seems very cheaply made and I am wary of actually using it. First I would advise getting a size larger than you would think. I have another helmet that is a medium which is somewhat tight on me, so I ordered a large in this helmet. The large in this brand is even tighter than the medium and is almost unwearable. The sunshade is just a cheap piece of plastic with a film on it that came already scratched straight out of the box and will easily peel off. Like I said in the title, Cheap! I'd go ahead and spend the extra money to get something of better quality which will last you longer and fit correctly.
