Summary: Good Helmet for the Price, but service is better!
Comment: I bought this helmet last year from here on Amazon (through SterlingTEK) and it was as described! Nice helmet fits well(a little snug at first but losens up), then after about 2 weeks one of my kids knocked it off the table and it broke the side piece that holds the shield on. so I called SterlingTEK and told them what the problem was and asked where I could find a replacement part for the helmet (trust me you will not find these on the internet anywhere!!!) and instead of pointing me to a place to get the part they sent me the part (free of charge!) and in a few days I had the helmet fixed back up ( they took a used part from another helmet they had and sent it to me!) now this is what I Call SERVICE!!!! these folks are great! and they back up the product!

all that being said I like this helmet alot! it's comfortable and great when you want to run into the store without taking the helmet off and not have to shout at the clerk, just hit the button and lift the chinbar and you are openfaced and talking normally! (also handy when I need a smoke while riding!) the flip down shades in the helmet are nice but don't come down far enough for my taste, but for those times when the sun comes up after I get started or I forget my sunglasses, it helps alot! I haven't found a place to get replaement or color shields for it yet, but all in all I still think this was a Great deal for the money!

and I recomend SterlingTEK as a great Seller with Great Service!

Comment: Delivery was ontime to Hawaii.
I order Large size Helmet but Box said size:M? Make sure inside, Helmet was Large. other thing evrthing good.
Open type Full face helmet is easy to put on head.
Then sunglass is working good daytime.
I recomend this Helmet for all Motorcyclist.
If you need more safty Helmet, You may be buy Japanese Brand and spend over $350.00.

Summary: you can do better
Comment: I got this helmet back in May 2007 and 4 weeks later, it was already busted. At first I fixed it, but unfortunately, it continually breaks which means I am fixing the same problem over and over again. The screw that keeps the left side of the face shield attached constantly becomes unscrewed which leaves your helmet with a broken jaw effect. Sounds like a simple fix, but involves taking apart part of the helmet. Don't buy this helmet, you can do better...I believe in you.
