Summary: inexpensive and very effective
Comment: This face shield fit on my three snap helmet with only minor tweaking. It comes down to cover my eyes, but not so far that it flaps in the wind. Very nice for night driving and keeping the wind out of my eyes. Would probably be best for a scooter traveling at top speeds of 60-65 mph, but this is exactly what I need it for.

Comment: On my helmet this shield sticks out at a weird angle which distorts my vision and catches a ton of sun glare. I had a headache after riding less than 10 miles. It also, rather than blocking the wind, seems to channel it towards my eyes so they dry out faster. Too, it makes an annoying wind whistle. All of the above, are probably related to the fit with my specific helmet. My advice is not to buy one of these mail-order. Get it at a shop where you can try it on your helmet first. For my part, I will be going back to goggles.

Oh, and they didn't clean up the edges of the acrylic very well; there are lots of little plastic flakey things. If I was going to use it, I would probably want to scrape the edges with a packet knife. No big deal, but still...
